About

Readiness is built backstage.

In German, a Kulisse is the wings of the theatre: the part the audience never sees. We named the company after that place. Soft skills do not arrive on the live call. They arrive as muscle, rehearsed under pressure that does not cost a deal.

Thesis

The call is the reveal, not the classroom.

Conversation intelligence can tell you what happened. It cannot give you the hour of failed attempts that should have come first. Research on expertise is plain: high-stakes work is a poor classroom, because the cost of a mistake is too high to let people stretch. Kulissa puts the stretch before the quota is in the room.

The problem

Training leaks before the first real no.

Average AE ramp is 6.2 months, the highest in The Bridge Group's series, and only 48% of account executives sit at quota. ATD, citing Gartner, reports that B2B reps forget 70% of training within a week, and 87% within a month, unless it is used. First-year salespeople already spend more than ten days in formal training. The leak is not hours in a room. It is the gap between the room and the first live objection.

Beliefs

What we will not compromise.

The customer is never the first live buyer

Practice happens in private. The live call should only ever meet the finished scene.

Your methodology, not ours

Scenarios and scores come from the customer's playbooks and documents. We do not force a generic rubric onto every team.

Evidence over vibes

Every score quotes the transcript. Managers coach with receipts, not with gut feel about a recording they did not have time to watch.

Say what is true

No invented customers, no borrowed certifications, no funding theatre. If a fact is pending incorporation, we mark it as STEALTH.

Where we work

Paris and Zurich.

Product and engineering in Paris. Company and go-to-market in Zurich. The legal entity that will own Kulissa is being incorporated; until the register entry exists, statutory identity fields read as STEALTH rather than invented numbers.
