Commitment

Kulissa aims to make its marketing site and product usable by as many people as possible. Our target for new marketing and product interfaces is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Operator: STEALTH, trading as Kulissa, hello@kulissa.com, Paris and Zurich.

Conformance status

The marketing site and product are partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Some parts meet the standard fully; some do not yet. We test with keyboard navigation, zoom, and automated checks in continuous integration for selected surfaces. We have not completed a full third-party audit of every view.

Known limitations

  • Voice practice requires a microphone and the ability to speak or to use an alternative input path where we provide one. Text-only alternatives for every scenario are on the roadmap, not shipped everywhere.
  • Real-time captions for AI buyer audio are not complete on every surface.
  • Investor deck and 2-pager PDF export uses canvas rendering that may be weak for screen-reader users; the on-screen HTML version is preferred.
  • Some third-party embeds (scheduling calendar) inherit the accessibility of the provider.

Compatible environments

We support current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge on desktop, and current mobile Safari and Chrome. The product requires JavaScript.

Feedback and accommodations

Email hello@kulissa.com with subject [Accessibility]. Include the URL, the barrier you hit, and your assistive technology if relevant. We aim to reply within five business days and to fix reported marketing-site barriers quickly. Product accommodations for Customer users are handled with the Customer administrator.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant equality or disability body in your country. In France, the Défenseur des droits; in Switzerland, the relevant cantonal or federal contact for disability equality. We would rather fix the issue with you first.

Preparation of this statement

FAQ

Do you have a VPAT?

Not yet. Enterprise Customers can request a security and accessibility questionnaire during procurement.

Can I use Kulissa with only a keyboard?

Marketing pages and most product navigation are designed for keyboard use. Report gaps with [Accessibility] and we will treat them as bugs.
