Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to kulissa.com, the Kulissa product and the Maya demo. Capitalised terms follow the Terms of Service. Operator: STEALTH, trading as Kulissa.

You may not

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes, or to upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content
  • Attempt to gain access to another Customer's workspace, data or credits
  • Abuse the Maya demo or promotional credits (automation, fake identities, coordinated farming)
  • Use practice scores or transcripts to make automated employment, credit, insurance or similar decisions about individuals, or to surveil people outside an agreed coaching context
  • Probe, scan or load-test the service without our written permission
  • Reverse engineer the service to build a competing product from our non-public models, prompts or scoring logic, except to the extent mandatory law allows
  • Resell or white-label the service without an agreement that says you may
  • Upload malware, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the service
  • Harass, threaten or exploit minors; the service is for adults in a work context
  • Misrepresent AI-generated practice as a recording of a real customer call
  • Remove or obscure disclosures that an interaction is with AI

Enforcement

We may investigate violations, remove content, suspend access, revoke promotional credits and report to authorities when required. We will notify the Customer account owner when appropriate.

FAQ

Can we run a load test before launch?

Ask first. Unannounced load tests look like abuse and may be blocked.

Can managers share a transcript in a performance review?

That is Customer's internal policy decision. The product is a coaching tool; Customer remains responsible for employment law compliance.
